Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of chemicssConnect, an internal staff operations platform for the chemicss Roblox community (community ID 7281754).
1. Agreement
By signing in or using chemicssConnect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. When a revised version is posted, continued use of the platform counts as acceptance of the updated terms.
2. The service
chemicssConnect is a private operational tool for authorized chemicss staff. Depending on your permissions, it may provide workflows for staffing and profiles, Roblox activity, shifts and sessions, assignments, evaluations, leave, applications and interviews, partners and events, promotions and recommendations, discipline and other moderation records, forms and certifications, knowledge resources, notifications, permissions, and audit history.
Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed. Access to parts of the platform may be restricted. The service may be temporarily unavailable, or discontinued when needed for security, compliance, or operations. No uptime or uninterrupted availability is promised.
chemicssConnect is operated for the chemicss community. It is not operated by Roblox Corporation.
3. Eligibility and access
Access is limited to people who can authenticate successfully and who are authorized for chemicssConnect. Authorization may depend on a verified Roblox identity, Roblox community rank or role, provisioned staff status, access profiles and granular permissions, and any individual access overrides configured by administrators.
chemicssConnect does not use a simple Admin / Staff / User label system alone. What you can see and do depends on the permissions assigned to your account.
4. Accounts and authentication
You sign in with Discord. You then verify the Roblox account that represents your chemicss identity. Discord is used for authentication; Roblox is the community identity used for staffing.
You are responsible for activity that happens under your authenticated account and session. You must not share access, let someone else use your session, use another person’s account, misrepresent your Roblox identity, rank, staff status, or affiliation, or attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, session revocation, or other access controls.
You must not try to obtain another user’s session credentials, abuse APIs or internal endpoints, or intentionally exploit security vulnerabilities.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use chemicssConnect to:
- Break applicable law, or violate Roblox’s or Discord’s applicable terms or community standards.
- Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or unfairly target others.
- Upload or submit content that is illegal, malicious, abusive, or meant to compromise the service.
- Interfere with, scrape, overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the platform except as allowed by law.
- Attempt unauthorized access, circumvent security or permission controls, or abuse administrative tools.
- Access information you are not permitted to see, or intentionally manipulate records or audit history.
- Misuse staff information for harassment, retaliation, or any purpose outside authorized operational work.
6. Staff records and confidential information
chemicssConnect holds internal community operational information. That can include activity, assignments, evaluations, leave, warnings, discipline and other moderation records, applications, interview or session notes, staff notes, partner and event records, forms and certifications, knowledge content, and audit history.
You may only access these records when your permissions allow it. Not every staff member can see every record.
Do not copy, export, publish, or share staff information outside approved workflows, and do not use internal records for harassment or retaliation.
7. User content
When you create notes, comments, applications, responses, knowledge pages, or other records in chemicssConnect, that content may be stored and processed to operate the platform.
Do not submit content that is illegal, malicious, abusive, designed to compromise the service, or unrelated to the intended operational purpose.
8. Third-party services
chemicssConnect relies on Discord for sign-in and related integrations, Roblox for community identity and activity, and may use Bloxlink for Discord-to-Roblox verification. Hosting and storage providers may also process data needed to run the application and attachments.
Those services have their own terms, privacy policies, availability, and rules. chemicssConnect does not control them and is not responsible for their outages or changes.

9. Suspension and termination
chemicssConnect may suspend or revoke access when authorization ends or when needed for operations or safety. That can include leaving staff, losing a required Roblox role, being deprovisioned by an administrator or by an automatic rank-based change, security concerns, abuse, violation of these terms, misuse of staff information, or other legitimate administrative reasons.
Where supported by the platform, deprovisioning or related access changes can invalidate active sessions and block future sign-in. Losing access does not necessarily delete historical operational or audit records.
Access may be restored if administrators decide that is appropriate. Restoration is not guaranteed.
10. Security
Do not intentionally exploit vulnerabilities, bypass controls, attack the platform, or try to defeat session revocation or permission checks.

11. Disclaimers
chemicssConnect is provided for internal community operations on an as-available basis. Features may change, information may contain errors, and the service may be unavailable.
To the extent allowed by applicable law, no warranty of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation is given.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, chemicss leadership and operators of chemicssConnect are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of (or inability to use) the platform, including lost data, lost access, or reliance on operational records.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Privacy
How chemicssConnect collects, uses, stores, and processes information is described in Privacy Policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when chemicssConnect changes. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised.
Where appropriate, significant changes may also be communicated through the platform or the official Discord server.
